Cancellation Policy
We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. This policy ensures we can accommodate all clients and maintain a smooth schedule.
